Nancy Ann Snover

Nancy Ann Snover died as she had desired, surrounded by her family in her home Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008. Her husband of 57 years, Robert Snover, held her hand as she passed.

Nancy was born Sept. 15, 1930, in Jamestown, N.D. She moved to Tacoma, Wash. early in her life where she resided until her marriage to her Officer and Gentleman. The two of them served their country, residing around the world before moving to Lincoln City in 1989.

Nancy loved life and enjoyed every moment. She was artistic and creative and her passions included a wide variety of crafts and her collection of dolls and collectible toys.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughters, Nikki Hayes, Bobbie Russell and Carol Dollar; granddaughters, Michelle Carlon, Heather MacDonald, Betsy Dollar and Jenny Dollar; and great-grandchildren, Kaitlin O'Kane, Sophia Carlon and Rafael Carlon.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at St. Peter the Fisherman Lutheran Church in Lincoln City. Reception to follow and then a graveside service at the East Devils Lake Cemetery.

BTRY D 168th AAA BN -US Army-Korea- 21 Oct 1952- 20 Oct 1954.5,6 Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church at Superior for Richard S. Campbell, 26, Montana State College student who was killed Wednesday when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a truck at the west end of Bozeman.

Military rites will be conducted at the graveside in the Superior Cemetery. The Squire-Simmons-Carr Mortuary has charge of arrangements. The body arrived in Missoula from Bozeman Friday afternoon.

Mr. Campbell is survived by his widow, Beverly; a son Roger, 4; a daughter, Susan, 4 months, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Campbell, Superior. He wa born in Indianapolis.
