She had worked for Philco Ford Corp. of Upper Gwynedd for 27 years. She served two years in the U.S. Army Wacs.

She is survived by a sister, Hettie Cope Weidner of Harleysville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
