Mrs. Mary F. Andress, 51, wife of George L. Andress, of Hope, died on Wednesday of last week, of pneumonia. Besides her husband, she is survived by two brothers, Harvey and Jacob Fleming, of Townbury. Mrs. Andress was a teacher for 30 years, the last 11 years in White Township Consolidated School at Bridgeville.

She wasa charter member of the Stars of Jenny Jump Council No. 190, Sons and Daughters of Liberty, and the Ladies' Aide Society of the Hope M.E. Church.

Funeral services were held in the Hope M.E. Church on Saturday afternoon with the pastor, the Rev. H. C. Thompson officiating. Interment was in Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Blairstown.
