Arlene Jane Berger was an Elementary Secretary- Palisades School District. Arlene J. Borchardt, 68, of Moore Township, formerly of Kintnersville, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest. She was the loving wife of Wolfgang F. Borchardt. They would have celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on October 23. Born in Quakertown, on March 02, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Marie (Reinhard) Berger.

Arlene was a graduate of Palisades High School, class of 1967. She was employed by the former Watkins Motor Lines in Nazareth, where she worked as a clerk since 1990, prior to the company being acquired by FedEx from which she retired in 2016. Arlene enjoyed playing bingo, and loved gardening and flowers.

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, Wolfgang, she is survived by their children, Victoria Borchardt, of Northampton, and Randy Borchardt and his wife, Sara, of Stanley, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Nathan, Lauren and Bryson; two sisters, Jean Kaki and her husband, Alex, of Pennsburg, and Jeanette Buzzard and her husband, William, of Delaware Water Gap; nieces and nephews; her beloved pet cats, Tucker and Susie. Arlene was predeceased by her brother, Merle Berger.

Services: will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown - Bath, PA 18014. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Sunday evening from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., and Monday morning from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Moorestown.

Alex William Kaki was born on 21 December 1941 in Bethlehem, Lehigh, Pennsylvania. He died on 19 June 2020, at age 78.
Alex William Kaki was a Foreman- American Olean Tile/ Tractor Trailer Driver.1 Alex William Kaki, age 78, died Fri. June 19, 2020, at his home in Upper Hanover Twp., surrounded by his loving family. Born Dec. 21, 1941 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Alex and Ann (Steir) Kaki, and the beloved husband of Jean Mildred (Berger) Kaki, to whom he had been married 56 years. Alex was long employed as a foreman at American Olean tile manufacturers, in Quakertown. Afterwards, he went on to drive tractor trailers for Laminators Incorporated in Hatfield. He enjoyed traveling with his RV and camping. He was a past Fire Police Volunteer for Richardtown Fire Company. He enjoyed spending the winter months in the Sandpiper Community. He also had many beloved pets through the years. In addition to his wife, Alex is survived by : daughters Dina Kaki and Brenda Sabath; and granddaughters Vanessa Kaki and Brianne and Amber Sabath. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tues. June 23, at Durham Cemetery, 821 Durham Rd., Durham, Pa 18039.
