Louis (Lewis) Judson Cook was born on 9 October 1877 in Meshoppen, Wyoming, Pennsylvania.1,2 He and Anna Stoneley were married before 20 April 1910.3 He died on 16 November 1948, at age 71, in Ridgewood, Bergen, New Jersey.2 He was buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson, Passaic, New Jersey.2
Louis (Lewis) Judson Cook was a Manager- Provision Department of David Fullerton Company.4 Lewis J. Cook, 71, husband of Anna Stoneley Cook, former manager of the provision department of the David Fullerton Company in this city, died early last night in his home, 162 North Pleasant Avenue, Ridgewood.

Born in Pennsylvania, he had resided in Paterson the greater part of his life. Aproximately 20 years ago he moved to Ridgewood. He was the son of the late Elmer and Eleanor Van Tyle Cook. Mr. Cook was a life member of the Paterson Lodge No. 60, and was well known to many Patersonians in lodge activities. He also held membership in Charity Lodge F. and A.M. of New York City, and Salaam Temple of Newark.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in his late home. The Rev. Howard A. Adair, minister of the Eastside Presbyterian Church of Paterson, will officiate. Intermnet will follow in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, under the direction of the Robert C. Moore and Sons Home for funerals, 384 Totowa Avenue.

Mr. Cook is survived by his wife.
