Earl C. Primrose was born on 30 January 1907 in Ogle County, Illinois.2 He and Evelyn M. Deshazo were married on 12 November 1932 in Dixon, Edwards, Illinois. He died on 25 February 1976, at age 69, in Ogle County, Illinois. He was buried in Trinity Memory Gardens, Hillcrest, Ogle, Illinois.
Earl C. Primrose, 69, rural Rochelle, died Wednesday afternoon at Rochelle Community Hospital after a long illness.

He was born Jan. 30, 1907, in Flagg township, the son of William and Mary Jane (Capes) Primrose. He married Evelyn DeShazo Nov.12, 1932, in Dixon. Primrose was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Rochelle, and a charter member of Rochelle Moose Lodge. He was also a farmer and a employe of Del Monte Corp.

A brother preceded him in death.

Survivors include his widow, two sons, George and Gerald, Rochells; six grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Laura Milan, Rochelle; a stepmmother, Mrs. Susie Primrose, Rochelle.

Services willl be Friday, 1:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, Rev. John D. Place, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Trinity Memory Gardens, Rochelle.

Visitation will be this evening, 7-9 p.m. at Cluts Funeral Home, Rochelle. A memorial fund has been established for Faith Lutheran Church.

She was born Feb. 25, 1913, Mendota, the daughter of Lloyd H. and Mabel Edgecomb DeShazo.

She married Earl C. Primrose Nov. 12, 1932, in Dixon; he died Feb. 25, 1976.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

Primrose is preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Mabel Edgecomb; husband, Earl Primrose, one sister, one brother; and two grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons; George (Marilyn) Primrose of Rochelle, and Gerald (Nona) Primrose of Rochelle; two brothers, Hayward (Kathryn) DeShazo of Stillman Valley, and Harold (Bernita) DeShazo of Kings; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Joyce) Reed of Rockford, and Mrs. Elizabeth Merriman of Paw Paw; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, Flagg Road, Rochelle, with the Rev. Garry Briesacher officiating. Interment will be at Trinity Memory Gardens.

Visitation at Lyons Cluts-Simes funeral Home, Rochelle, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. today and at the church tomorrow from 1 p.m. until the time of service.

Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church Landscape Fund

Mark Steven was born Sept. 7,1958 in Rochelle and died on Sunday, Jan 21, 1962 in the Billings Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Death was due to leukemia.

He is survived by his parents, a brother J. William and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Primrose of Rochelle.
