Russell Lindsay Insco, 62 of Carleton died at 12:26 am Thursday at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.

Family and friends may call from 2 to 7 pm Tuesday at the Rupp Funeral Home where services will be held at 7 pm. Deacon George Cousino will officiate. Burial will be at 10 am Wednesday with military honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.

Born April 12, 1953 in Detroit he was the son of Donald H. and Madeline C. (Jenson) Insco. He married Tasun Song on August 16, 1985 in South Korea.

He was employed as a heavy equipment operator through Local 324.

Russell proudly served his country in the United States Army from April 9, 1981 to March 20, 1987.

Surviving are his wife Tasun; children Anne Insco, Elizabeth Insco, Don R. Insco and Lindsay S. Insco; brothers Steve and John Insco; sisters Vivian (Jim) McCola, Stephanie (Ron) Ryczko, Mary Huddleston, Caroline Insco and Amanda Fitzgerald.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Don Insco.
