Patricia Ann Mayes was born on 20 November 1935 in Michigan.1,2,2 She died on 11 August 2011, at age 75, in Sun City Center, Hillsborough, Florida.2 She was buried in Saint Johns Catholic Cemetery, Jackson, Jackson, Michigan.2,2
Memorial services for Patricia Ann Blake, 60, of Nolanville will be at 1 p.m. today at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen with the Rev, Walter Matus officiating. Burial will follow at Killeen City cemetery,

Mrs. Blake died Monday at a Temple Hospital.

She was born on April 8, 1937, in Detroit, Mich., and had lived in the local area since 1971.

Mrs. Blake was married in 1958 in Detroit to Wesley Blake, who preceded her in death on June 2, 1981.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 573 and the Le Femmes Auxiliary 40/8.

Survivors include three sons, Alexander Mark Blake of Oklahoma City, Okla., Charles Michael Blake of Mount Home Air Force Base, Ind., and Christopher Joseph Blake of Nolanville; two daughters Suzanne Marie Blake of Nolanville and Mary Angeline Blake of Wamego, Kan; and two grandchildren.

FLEMING, PAT - Of Sun City Center FL, formerly of Jackson and Hillsdale, went home to Jesus on August 11, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She died at home under the care of her family and Hospice.

She is survived by, Philip (Skip) her husband of 54 years and their five children, Kathleen Fleming of Elsie MI, Jean Marie George (Gary) of Beaver Creek OH, Julie Marie Denton (Robert) of Vacaville CA, Stephanie Marie Martinez (Victor) of La Cresenta CA, and son, Philip Fleming (Shelia) of Osceola IN; and 16 grandchildren.

Pat was an R.N. having graduated from Detroit Mt. Carmel Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and earned her BSN degree from St. Josephs College, Windham Maine. Pat was one of the founders of Hospice of Hillsdale and was instrumental in establishing the Volunteer Center of Hillsdale. She also served as a nurse with the Christian Medical Society in Central America and also was a presenter for the Retrouvaille program of South West Ohio. She was a mentor for the Alo teen program.

Services will be held at St. Anthonys Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on September 24, in Hillsdale. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Hospice of Hillsdale. www.Mlive.com/obits.
