Carl M. Saft, 86, of Arvada passed away May 14, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his daughters Janet Saft and Louise Saft both of Arvada.
He was preceded in death by his wife Fern in May, 2008.
Carl was born Aug. 29, 1922 in Seneca, Miss., the son of Charles and Irene Saft.
He served in the U. S. Air Force for one year. He married Fern on Sept. 1,1945.
He worked as a loan officer for the Small Business Administration.
Carl was a member of the Arvada Elks. He enjoyed skiing, hiking, yard work and being with his family.
Funeral services were May 20, 2009 at Aspen Mortuary. Burial is at the Arvada Cemetery.
