Beloved wife of the late Grenville (Bub), proud mother of Eleanor Jean (Gary Zavitz), and Patricia (Gerry Mulholland). Cherished grandmother of Pamela (Darnell Graveline) Gwen (Greg Myshrall) Valorie (Mike Larocque) Shelley (Jim Dolan) Cindy (Chris Erickson) Kevin (Pam Mulholland) and Chris (Gail Mulholland). Great Granma of fourteen and one great-great grandson. Hazel will fondly be remembered by her sister-in-law Alice Beach and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by brothers Clarence, Glenn and Howard and by sister Edna Kew.

A special thank you to the caring staff at Gilmore lodge. Visitation for Hazel will be held at THE WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME 722 Ridge Road N, Ridgeway on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A celebration of her life will be held in the chapel on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment to follow at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Sherkston. In lieu of flowers, in memory of Hazel, those who wish may make a memorial donation to Gilmore Lodge.
