1 Jerry Reinhart, 58, of Nampa, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at his home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, May 12, 2006 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Greenhurst Building. Bishop Kelly Mansfield of the Nampa 20th ward will be officiating. Burial will follow the services at the Hillcrest memorial Gardens in Caldwell. Viewing will be on Thursday, May 11, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel and one hour prior to the services at the church. Jerry was born a twin on July 30, 1947 in Meridian to Claude Lawrence and Rose Ann Reinhart. He was the youngest of ten children, seven boys and three girls. He enjoyed sports, such as football and track, while growing up. After graduating from High School he enlisted in the army and served in Vietnam. After his honorable release from the service he met Jeanet Chapman and they were married March 28, 1970 and had seven children. He owned and operated his own business for 15 years and worked as a Heavy Equipment operator for the county for 19 years. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had several callings, but his favorite position was a scout leader for several years. He is survived by his wife, Jeanet Reinhart; children, Terissa (Adam) Hunter, Gerry (Kim) Reinhart, Tonya (Tom) Overton, Sarah Reinhart (Nick Baker) and Linda Reinhart and 14 grandchildren all of Nampa; brothers, Clarence (Dorothy) Reinhart, Alpine, Wyo.; Marvin (Derlene) Reinhart, Buhl, Idaho; Virgil (Suzy) Reinhart, Bringham City, Utah; Russell (Charlotte) Reinhart, Grover, Wyo.; sisters, Dorothy (Matt) Deary, Nampa, Idaho; and Barbara (Stan) Stoker, Wheatridge, Colo. His parents, a sister Lola Haylett and his brothers, Claude and Tom and his two children, Debbie and Michael, preceded him in death. He loved his family and grandchildren and was always good to play with them when they came over. Funeral services for Debbie Marie Reinhart, one-year-old daughter of Jerry and Jeanet Reinhart, 3617 E. Lewis Lane, Nampa, who died Saturday at a Nampa hospital as the result of an accidental drowning near her home, will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Nampa 10th Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Dear Flat Road, with Bishop Leon Blacker, bishop of the ward, officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Services and interment are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
Debbie was born on March 28, 1980 in Nampa. She was a member of the Nampa 10th Ward LDS Church.
She is survived by her parents of Nampa; two brothers, Gerry and Michael, both at home; two sisters, Terissa and Tanya, both at home; maternal grandparents, Ben and Leelia Martin, Boise, Lyle and Opal Chapman, Blackfoot; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Rose Ann Reinhart, Boise.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather.
Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel Monday from 1 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday at the 10th Ward from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.

21 Michael Jay Reinhart, 23, of Nampa, died Saturday, September 5, 1998 at his home. Michael was born on Jan. 8, 1975, in Nampa to Jerry and Jeanet Reinhart. He enjoyed sports and played baseball, basketball, football and soccer, while he was growing up. He also enjoyed camping and fishing. He often jumped into things without thinking of the consequences and ended up hurt. He was well familiar with the emergency room as a youth. He was always getting sewed up for one thing or another. So when he decided that his senior project was going to be on skydiving and that he was going to jump from a plane. To say the least, his parents were not at all that excited. But it was so exciting for him to jump and he often talked on how he would like to jump again. Michael, at an early age, learned to be a good hard worker. He worked for his dad as a young boy and later worked several different jobs while he was going to school to help pay for his pride and joy his car. After he graduated from high school, he joined the Army Reserves, where he was active until his death. He loved his country and was proud to serve his country.
He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Jeanet Reinhart of Nampa; an older brother, Gerry Reinhart and his wife, Kimberlee of Nampa; four sisters, Terissa Hunter and her husband, Adam of Caldwell and Tonya, Sarah and Linda Reinhart of Nampa. He is also survived by four nieces, Desiree, Kateland, Audrey and Sydnee; three nephews, Joey, Jesse and Gaige; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his sister, Debbie, two uncles and five cousins. He loved his family and his nieces and nephews and he was always good to play with them whenever they came over.
