She is preceded in death by her husband, John Urban, Sr.; parents, Burton and Rachel Collins; sisters, Dorothy and Lula; brothers, Raymond, Clayton and Paul. She is survived by her children, John (Patricia) Urban Jr., Joyce (Gary) Myers, Janice (Darwin) Neilson and Jean Ulbright; sisters, Mary Oliver, Ruth (Lyman) Williams and Pauline Oakley; grandchildren, Johnny, Jeanne, Tammie, Trina and Danny; nine great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Frances will be greatly missed by all. Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements handled by the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC.
