Doris L. Dickinson, 87, of Freeport, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Provena St. Joseph Home. Born on May 19, 1922 in Scranton, IA., the daughter of Albert and Eva (Loring) Anderson. Mrs. Dickinson was a Homemaker.

She married Donald F. Clark on January 31, 1942. He died on June 11, 1964. She married Keith R. Dickinson on October 14, 1966 in Freeport.

Doris enjoyed watching Chicago Cub games. Family was an important part of her life, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Keith Dickinson of Freeport; three sons Richard L. (Frankie) Clark of Oak Grove, MO., Gregory L. (Diana) Clark of Monticello, WI., Harold K. (Debbie) Dickinson of Freeport; four daughters, Marlene (Bud) Robinson of Winona, MN., Donna (Harold) Thompson of Royal, AR., Pamela (Randy) Meyers of Freeport, Amy (Kelly) Kubatzke of Leaf River, IL.; 21 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband, two daughters, Kathie Clark and Peggy Fondek, one brother, three sisters and one grandson, Nicholas Meyers.

Memorial services will be Saturday 1 p.m. at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Blomberg will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday 10 a.m. until the time of service at Burke-Tubbs.
