Robert Wadell Skinner was born on 1 April 1892 in Plattsburg, New York.2,3 He and Catherine (Kate) Pearl Hall were married on 16 August 1916 in Lake City, Missaukee, Michigan.4,2 He died on 7 May 1968, at age 76, in Sheridan, Sheridan, Wyoming.2 He was buried in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery, Sheridan, Sheridan, Wyoming.2
