1 HOOKER - Andrew Charles Hooker, age 17, was killed instantly in a car accident in Newaygo County, Friday evening November 13, 1992 where he planned to go hunting with his father.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie L. Hooker of Grand Rapids, Mi; and father Frederick C. Hooker of Clearwater, Fl; brother Thomas E. Hooker; grandparents Gerald and Mildred Hooker of Fl, Jiohn E. and Genevieve Visser of Grand Rapids; uncles and aunts, Michael and Linda Hooker, Ted and Mary Hooker, Richard and Katherine Teesdale whose daughter Eve was also killed, Stuart and Janice Visser, Howard and Georgia Visser, Wanda and Michael Riley; several cousins and many friends.
Andrew, a senior at Ottawa Hills High School, had been accepted into Michigan State University in August.
Funeral Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd and I-96. Rev. Thomas E. Keizer officiating. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Interment Graceland Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
