It is with great sadness in our hearts to announce that "Wayne" the beloved husband of Naomi Waltman, father of four children and three step children has passed away, unexpected after a brief illness.

Wayne was born 12-11-37 in Meridian, Mississippi to Emmet & Vera (McDonald) Waltman. Wayne was the sixth child of seven, five boys & two girls .

In 1942 Wayne moved with his family to California. He had many fond memories of picking & working in the family-owned peach orchards. Later years found Wayne relocating to Phoenix, AZ with first wife Sharon. Wayne & Sharon raised four children. Wayne was a wonderful & giving father to his children.

Wayne worked in the aerospace industry for 30 years.

After Sharon's death Wayne met & married Naomi Silvers Kelsey and moved t o Yakima, WA. Together they traveled in their motor home throughout the U .S. for 18 years. Fulfilling their dream of warm winters, they purchased their second home in Yuma, AZ. They looked forward to going south for f ive months each year, filling very blessed to be able to do that.

Wayne was a devoted Christian man of God & belonged to two churches, Yakima Bible Baptist Church of Yakima and Mt. View Bible Church in Yuma, A Z.

Wayne is lovingly survived by his wife, Naomi; four children, Pam (Brian) Weiss of Phoenix, Sheryl (Michael) Madrid of Phoenix, Darrell (Norma ) Waltman of Hesperia & Rick (Doreen) Waltman of Marysville; three stepchildren, Charlie (Esther) Silvers of Palm Springs, Dian (Gregg) Needham o f Pasco and Debbi (Dan) Wood of Yakima; one brother, Tommy Waltman of Redmond & one sister Marie of Missouri; 19 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Keith & Keith Funeral Home. Funeral Service willl be at Yakima Bible Baptist Church at 62nd & Tieton Dr. on Wednesday, July 25th at noon. Buriel to follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
