Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Alta Vista Manor, Ottawa at the age of 93.

Beloved husband to both the late Shirley (Humphries) and Jean (Laughlin). Loving father of Russell
(Elizabeth) of Ottawa, Barb (Doug) of Kincardine, Dorothy of Cochrane, Alberta, Elaine (Brian) of
Kincardine, Lorne (Teresa) of Sarnia, and Ann (Murray) of Ottawa. Dearly remembered grandfather of
Jamie, Jason, Blayne, Kendra, Ben, Willow, Sarah, Scott, Matthew, Amanda, Russell and Edward. Greatgrandfather to 20 great-grandchildren.

Bill was a proud member of the Ottawa Fire Department for many years. As per Bill's wishes a private
interment will be held at a later date.
