Anna Arline Maddock was born on 27 April 1912 in Haddlock, Washington.¹ She died on 29 November 1996, at age 84, in Tacoma, Pierce, Washington.^2,1 She was buried in Calvary Cemetery, Tacoma, Pierce, Washington.¹

Anna A. Wintermute, 84, a faithful servant of the Lord and St. Leo Catholic church was born into eternal life November 29, 1996 in Tacoma. As a young girl she attended St. Leo School and was a past president of St. Leo's Alter Society and the Mothers club. Anna was also involved in organizing the annual St. Leo's school reunion party. During WWII she worked for the U.S.O.-Salvation Army then worked as the manager and head cook for S. Leo's school and managed the school bazaar. In later years she worked as the executive housekeeper at Orchard Street Hill Haven Nursing Home.
