Norma Lee (Kracovic) Dyer, age 78, passed away December 25th at her home in Page, Arizona surrounded by loved ones. Norma was born in Flint on August 9th, 1934, daughter of
Vincent and Beatrice (Bennett) Kracovic. She graduated from Flint Technical High School in 1952. Norma was a secretary at General Motors, giving that up to raise her family. She later worked in the school office of Holy Redeemer, then for the Flint Journal. Norma moved on to Page, Arizona for her last 33 years. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and playing the piano.
In her own words: "To all my present, past and future friends. It's been a long and beautiful life for me. My five children: Ron Jr.; my loving son, Cary the practical one, saintly son Vincent, my daughter Alice; dependable and loving, and my Judy who is my rock and who knows before me what I need to say and do. And to my ten grandchildren, Rachel, Jamie, Jessica, Ryan, Sean, Paige, Kelly, Drew, Brian and Brittney, and one great granddaughter, Aryiella. I will miss you all. Please know that I will never regret the times we spent together, good or bad. I thank all of you for past love and devotion, and future memories. I love you all."
Norma is survived by her five children; daughters Judy McClelland (and husband Kim). Cary Treleven, and Alice Shaughnessy, sons Vincent (and wife Dawn), and Ronald (and wife Robin), ten grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Sisters, Sally Peltier (Ham) and Gloria Kracovic. She was preceded in death by husbands Ronald Frank Dyer Sr., and Kenneth Thomas Mancour, and by her parents, Vincent and Beatrice Kracovic. A cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life for family and friends will be held January 20, 12:15
at Holy Redeemer Family Life Center.
