Scott M. Garrity, 48, of Palmer Township, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family following a long courageous battle with cancer. Born: August 24, 1963 in Wilson Borough, PA, he was a son of Harry A. and JoAnne Mooney Garrity, of Bath.

Personal: He and his wife, the former Tinamarie H. Dech, would have celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary on August 24, 2012. Scott was a truck driver for Lessig Oil until retiring due to illness. Prior to that, he was a truck driver for Norton Oil. He attended Notre Dame High School. Scott had a passion for cars. He enjoyed NASCAR, cruise nights and car shows.

Survivors: In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Korey and Jared, both at home; a daughter, Krysta Kerbaugh, of Palmer Township; three sisters, Cindy Paltanavage and Jodi Cooper, both of Bath, and Debby Garrity, of Easton; mother and father-in-law, Janet and Ron Dech, of Easton; nieces and nephews; and two dogs, Axel and Spike.

Services: 11a.m. Monday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick St., Easton. Call Monday 9 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 961 Marcon Blvd., Suite 452, Allentown, PA 18109.

Agnes Gourley was born on 1 February 1906 in Harmony, Rock, Wisconsin.^2,3 She and Elmer M. (Armstrong) Fugate were married about 1924.⁴ She died on 18 June 1973, at age 67, in Janesville, Rock, Wisconsin.²
