Kevin H. Oshier was born on 5 July 1962 in Ogdensburg, St Lawrence, New York. He died on 8 October 2013, at age 51, in Burlington, Chittenden, Vermont.

He worked for various construction and asbestos companies in the surrounding areas.

He was survived by his wife; children A. J. Oshier, Candice J. (Kevin) St. Andrews, and Jaime L. (Nathan Rapin) Oshier; and former wife JoEllen Oshier.

Also surviving Kevin are his stepchildren Tre Gladle and Blane Fisher; grandchildren Olivia Grace Lamarche-Oshier, Hailey A. Oshier and John Kevin St. Andrews; brothers Allen, Kimbal, Richard and Todd; and his sisters, Antoinette (Donald) Brown, Jacquelyn Kirby and Debra (Norman) Williams.

He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, John Kirby, and a brother, Phillip.

Kirby of Waddington and Mrs. Norman (Deborah) Williams of Ogdensburg and five brothers, Allen Oshier, Richard E., Kimball F. Todd L, Kevin and wife Michele all of Waddington.
