Born in Franklin Township, Fayette County, Pa., she spent her entire life in Washington county, Pa., and was a member of the Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church. Surviving are three sons; Emanuel Shearer of Phoeniz, Arizona; Homer J. Shearer of Erie, Pa. and Fred J. Shearer of Hopwood.; two sisters, Mrs. Annette Phillips of Scottdale and Mrs. Leora Dunn of Uniontown, and three grandchildren. The body will be removed from the Minerd Funeral Home, Uniontown to the Ritchie & Platt Funeral Home in Washiigton, Pa. this morning where friends will be received after noon today. Funeral services will be conducted from the Ritchie & Platt Funeral Home, Wednesday afternoon, January 9, at 3:30 o'clock. Interment will be in the Washington Cemetery.
