3 Mary M. Bablitch, 91, Stevens Point, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at Ministry St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at Boston Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the Mass.
Memorials may be made to Operation Bootstrap or a charity of one's choice.

Mrs. Bablitch was born Nov. 21, 1920, in Fairbury, Neb., a daughter of the late Karl and Marie (Halloran) Grover. She moved to Stevens Point in 1938 and worked at Hardware Mutual.
She was married to Robert L. Freiberg in 1942. He died in September of 1952.
She attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and received a bachelor's and master's degree in education. She taught in the Stevens Point area School District schools until retirement in 1982.
She was married to Albert Bablitch in 1971. He died in 1973.
She was a volunteer for Operation Bootstrap, St. Michael's Hospital, Meals on Whells, Hospice, and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors include seven children, Richard (D'Anna) Freiberg, Roscoe, Ill., Betsy (Don) Ceplina and Barbara (Fran) Roman, both of Stevens Point, Mary Lou (Jack) Adams, Carmel, Ind., Rita (Steve) Eisenhauer, Amherst, Cathy Wachowiak, Waupaca; and Steve (Elaine) Bablitch, Whitefish Bay; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Robert J. Freiberg; one brother, John Grover; and one sister, Betty Burke.
