Leslie M. KING, 69, of 1249 Tyler, died Friday in a Topeka hospital. He was born October 17, 1884, in Redwood Falls, Minn., and had lived in Topeka since 1921.
He had been a salesman for the Gas Service Co. in Topeka for 30 years. He was a member of the First Methodist Church and Siloam Lodge No 225 AF & AM.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nelle Fitzgerald KING, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Marleine CESSNA, Kansas City; a son, Robert L. KING, Dallas, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Owen TRADEWELL, Rantoul, Ill.; a brother, Carroll D. KING, Pasadena, Calif.; five grandchildren; two nieces and an uncle, Riley P. MARTIN, Rockford, Ill.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.
The family requests that no flowers but contributions may be sent to the Kansas Heart Association, 112 West Seventh.
