Clarice R. Bertholf were married in April 1949 in Blairstown Township, Warren, New Jersey. He died on 10 April 1999, at age 80, in Princeton Borough, Mercer, New Jersey. He was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester, Morris, New Jersey.

Born in Worchester, Mass., he lived in Old Bridge and Succasunna before moving to Peapack in the early 1980s.
Mr. Bobin was technical sales representative with Duro-Test Corp. in Fairfield for 28 years. Hw also worked in the steel industry for Crucible Steel and Lukens Steel.
Mr. Bobin served in the Army Air Corps in Europe during World War II, from 1942 to 1945. He attended William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Va.
Mr. Bobin was a golfer and had worked part-time at Flander's Valley Golf Course in Morris County.
A brother, Victor Babbitt, died in 1991, and another brother, Edmund Bobin, died in 1994.
Surviving are his wife, Lee Shafer Bobin; a daughter, Karen Hajdinyak of Randolph, a stepson, Wayne Schmittberger of Holland, Pa.; two stepdaughters, Linda Pellichero of Belle Mead and Debbie Babbitt of Worchester, Mass.; and five step-grandchildren.
A mass will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Brigid's Church in Peapack. Memorial contributions may be made in a favorite charity.
