Herb is predeceased by his son, Steven Snover; and a brother, Vincent. He is survived his wife, Jean Snover; sons, Jeffery, Kevin (Barbara) Snover: daughter-in-law, Tina Snover; two grandsons; Ian and Brandon Snover; sister, Marion Maxson; and sister-in-law; Fran Snover.

An 11 a.m. memorial Mass will be held Wednesday January 2 at St. Mary's Church 95 N. Main St. Canandaigua. Arrangements are under the care of Fuller Funeral Home Inc.
