Mrs. Giles was a homemaker.
She was married May 20, 1943, to John D. Giles, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Diana Matt and her husband, Frank, of Sandy Lake; four sons, Ralph E. Giles and his fiancee, Cheryl, of Franklin, Melvin R. Giles of Franklin, Ronnie J. Giles and his wife, Barbara, of Cochranton, and Donald R. Giles and his wife, Robin, of Cochranton; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother; a daughter, Helen; and a son, David.
Calling hours will not be observed.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. today at Dickson Family Funeral Home Inc., 123 S. Franklin St., Cochranton, with the Rev. Domenick Pietro of Canal Wesleyan Methodist Church officiating.
Interment will be in Cochranton Cemetery.
