Alice Dorthea Lightfoot was born on 25 October 1917 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota.² She and Richard Hector Bourgerie were married on 14 August 1937 in Northwood, Worth, Iowa.^1,3 She died on 21 May 2013, at age 95, in Wadena, Wadena, Minnesota.² She was buried in Bethlehem Cemetery, Pine River, Cass, Minnesota.²

OBITUARY -
Alice Bourgerie, 95, longtime resident of Pine River, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Fair Oaks Lodge, Wadena.

She was born to Frank and Clara (Blanke) Lightfoot on Oct. 25, 1917, in Minneapolis, Minn.

Alice is survived by her sons, Dave (Kay), Phil (Pat) and Daniel (Rosie); daughter-in-law, Barbara Bourgerie; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; and son, Richard M. Bourgerie.

Services were at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation was one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery, Backus.

Arrangements were with Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.

Barbara Irene Kniemeyer was born on 28 August 1939 in Saint Louis City.² She died on 10 March 2017, at age 77.

Jan Ann Christensen was born on 4 October 1943 in Mount Clemens, Macomb, Michigan.^2,3,4 She and Gerald (Jerry) David Bourgerie were married on 10 March 1963 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.² She died on 15 March 2000, at age 56, in Saint Louis County, Minnesota.³

Dorothy Lucille Hamlin was born on 8 May 1914 in Minnesota.² She and Robert Janeor Bourgerie were married on 1 August 1936 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.³ She died on 26 July 2006, at age 92, in Jacksonville, Jackson, Oregon.^2,1

Dorothy died at the home of her daughter, Kay Adams,
in Jacksonville, OR.
She raised 7 children, Terry, Kay, Jay, Don & Timothy and adopted girls, Cyndi and Christine. She leaves 10 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Robert and son Terry preceded her in death.
A Memorial Service will be held August 19th at 2:30 at the Presbyterian church in San Martin.
