Hilda G. Snyder, 82, formerly of Slatington, passed away September 21, 2007, in Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Clyde B. Snyder. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Anna (Lackner) Gilly. Hilda worked as a secretary for A. Sheftel & Sons Inc., Allentown, from 1943 to 1948. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Cherryville.

Survivors: Son, Ray A. Snyder of Northampton; daughters, Annette C. and husband George J. Hucaluk of Danielsville, Constance M. and husband Larry E. Gower of Schnecksville; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; brothers, Alfred Gilly of Northampton, Rudolph Gilly.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2007, Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. 2nd St., Slatington. Call 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
