Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Frank A. Sr. and E. Marie (Snyder) Speilman.
Frank was an M.P. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Carpenters Union #1595. He was also a member of Stichter Lodge #254 F&AM, Pottstown, the Reading Lodge of Perfection, the Rajah Shrine, the Pine Forge Sportsman's Club, Frontier Archery Club and the Little Six Hunting Club in Tioga County, Pa. Frank was an avid fisherman, hunter and baseball supporter.
Surviving with his wife of 60 years are children Frank C. Speilman, husband of Wendy (Levengood), Sue L. Hallman, wife of Bruce, and Michael C. Speilman, husband of Lori (Bush); his brother John L. Speilman; and grandsons Brandon Speilman, Alex, Todd, and Cole Speilman, and Brock Hallman.
