She was the wife of 23 years to Joseph A. Funk who passed away in January 1980. They were married on January 1957.
Born on July 11, 1937, in Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Weaver and Lucy Mae (Garrison) Weaver.
She was a graduate of Stroudsburg High School.
She was employed by General Electric and National Electric before retiring in 2003.
Her hobbies and interests included loving her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Janice Funk; Clay Funk and Susan, her final caregivers; Jody Guida and Tim Warner; Kevin Funk and Cindy; and Dawn Funk, her primary caregiver with whom she lived. She is also survived by grandchildren, Monica Heller and Danny, Peter Guida and Crystal, Jessica Funk and Keith, Mercedes Delillo and Mark, Kevin Funk Jr., Krystal Funk, Michelle Cunningham, Teya and Thomas Heller, Liliana Storm, Evan Delillo and Dylan Guida. She is also survived by Joyce Bush and Paul and Mary McAllister; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Funk; and sisters, Dorothy Mery, Virginia Bonser and Ruth Bonser.
