Theodore Thomas Cork was a Tree Trimmer.1 Theodore T. Cork, 40, of 419 Third street, Rock Island, resident of the city 30 years, died at 3:25 yesterday afternoon in St. Anthony's hospital. He had been employed as a tree trimmer.

Funeral servivces will be at 3 Friday afternoon in Hodgson chapel, the Rev. Fred J. Rolf of Church of Peace officiating; burial willl be in Chippiannock cemetery.

Mr. Cork was born May 21, 1907, in Catawa, Wis., moved to Rock Island with his parents at the age of 10 and married Margaret Pfundstein in Rock Island, Feb. 3, 1927. He was of Lutheran faith.

Surviving are the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Theda Davidson of Rock Island; three grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Carl Fordham and Mrs. Harold Fues of Rock Island, Mrs. Minnie Langer of Eagle River, Wis.; and Mrs. Grace Hode of Milwaulkee; two step-sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Broksieck and Mrs. Lillian Dickson of Rock Island; two half-brothers, Henry O'Conner of Phelps, Wis. and George Berhenks of Eagle River; and a step-brother, San Dennison of Milan.

He is survived by his wife, Amelia, and a sister, Mrs. Ella Faust, Boscobel.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Torgerson Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Robert Salveson officiating. Burial wil be in Riverside Cemetery.

Friends may call at the chapel this afternoon and evening and Thursday until the services.
