Biography

Jacqueline Erika Rivard was born on 11 August 1953 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.1 She died on 23 May 1977, at age 23, in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. She was buried in LutheranCemetery, Sheboygan, Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Jacqueline Erika Rivard was an Adult Work Experience Secretary- Sheboygan Public School.2 Funeral services will be held Thursday for Mrs. Jacqueline E. Poth, 23 of 1050 Riverdale Ave., the victim of a shooting Sunday night south of Sheboygan.

The Rev. Harvey Krueger, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, will officiate at the 2:30 p.m. service at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.

The former Jacqueline E. Rivard, she was born Aug. 11, 1953, in Minneapols, the daughter of Gerald R. and Hildegard Klotz Rivard.

She attended public schools at Bloomington, Minn., moving to Sheboygan with her family in 1969 and graduating from South High School in 1971.

She was married to Bradley Poth at Trinty Lutheran Church on Feb. 20, 1972.

Mrs. Poth was employed as an adult work experience secretary in the office of the Sheboygan Public School System's federal projects coordinator since last February.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors are her husband; one daughter, Amee Lynn, at home; her parents Gerald and Hildegard Rivard, of Sheboygan; one brother, Jaymon of Sheboygan; three sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Judith) Salzwedel Jr., Mrs. Jennifer Mueller and Miss Joline Rivard, all of Sheboygan; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Koltz of Winnepeg, Manitoba, Canada; and paternal grandparent, Mrs. Adeline Rivard of Prior Lake, Minn.

Frienda may call at the Ballhorn Chapels after 4 p.m. Wednesday.

A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Poth's name.
