Two grandchildren Christie and Ryan Welch, a brother William Congleton of Deposit NY and a sister Margaret Thiel of Florida. Predeceased by a brother Frank in 1984. Funeral services will be held Friday 9 AM from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, Funeral Mass 9:30 AM at the Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park. Interment will be in the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visiting Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mr. Congleton served on the Pequannock Township Special Police.

He was a parishioner of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Pequannock.

Survivng are his wife, Jean; two sons, Frank Jr. at home and Nicholas of Clifton; two daughters, Cindy and Faith, both at home; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Congleton of New Port Richey, Fla., two brothers, Robert of Midland Park and William of Deposit, N.Y.; a sister Margaret Porter of New Port Richey, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
