Frank E. Sandie of Blue Springs, Mo., passed July 6, 2009, at KC Hospice, KC, Mo. Frank was born in Kansas City April 12, 1938, the son of Frank E. Sandie Sr. and Virginia Lee (Clevidence) Sandie. He lived his entire life in the Kansas City area. He is survived by his wife, Megan E. Tesson-Sandie, of 46 years; son Christopher G. Sandie; granddaughter Desiree M. Sandie, daughter-in-law Marla Therese Sandie, all of Blue Springs, Mo., as well as his sister Shirley S. Davis of Kansas City, Mo. Cremation. (Arr.: Marts Memorial Services, 816-561-8181.)
