OBITUARY FROM THE GOTEBO RECORD-TIMES: Funeral services for Woodrow Kelsey Ragland were held Monday afternoon, March 26, 1984 at Gish Memorial Chapel in Hobart with Rev. Walter Williams of Gotebo officiating.

Woodrow Ragland was born November 15, 1918 at Hobart to Winnie May and James Christopher Ragland and died March 23, 1984 in the Kingfisher Hospital.

He was united in marriage to Berniece Muriel Evans July 14, 1939 at the Baptist Church parsonage at Hobart. Berniece preceded him in death.

His survivors include three daughters and one son: Glenna Taylor and Winnie Gather of Kingfisher; Anita Kaye Zavidil of Humphrey, Nebraska and Nobel Ragland of Yukon; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He is also survived by his second wife, Oleta, of Duncan.

Pallbearers were Jeff Taylor, Raymond Gather, William Evans, Jimmy Evans and Eddie Evans.
