Johnson were married in 1930.2 She and George Edwin Carnine were married on 19 March 1948.2 She died on 20 May 1992, at age 89, in Hobart, Kiowa, Oklahoma.1 She was buried in Hobart Rose Cemetery, Hobart, Kiowa, Oklahoma.1
Lucille Jane Evans was a School Teacher.2 Lucile Evans was bornher parents, Granville Evans & Etta Thomas on 28 Oct 1902 in Kiowa County, Ok. Her first husband was Alvin M. Johnson. They were married by 1930. There was one child by this union, Alvin Granville Johnson (1934). Alvin Johnson passed away in 1936.

In the late 1930's & 40's she was a school teacher. She moved with her son to the San Joaquin County, CA area. She met George E. Carnine (Memorial# 86391869) & they were wed on 19 March 1948. It's not too clear whether he actually adopted Alvin, but in the Social Security Application database, Alvin listed George Carnine as his father, & Lucile Evans as his mother & had the Carnine last name.

Lucile lived the remainder of her years in Stockton, CA. Her son Alvin, buried next to his father, Alvin M. Johnson.

Her husband, Banner Evans, preceded her in death in 1953.

Pallbearers were Gerald Deatherage, James Earl Rudd, Paul Terry, Ronald Lee Frank, Leroy Barbee, David Burch, Jerry Gather, and Donald Cooper, husbands of her granddaughers.

Honorary pallbearers were grandsons: Bill Evans, Jack Marshall, George Adams, William Evans, Ricky Marshall, Noble Ragland, Barton Wayne Baker and David Baker.

Jessie Maxine Marshall was born July 5, 1917 in the Lake Valley community of Washita County, to Mary Coalson Evans and Banner Evans. She passed away on Friday, March 21, 2008 at the Carnegie Nursing Home.

She was married to E.L. "Bud" Marshall October 21, 1933. They worked and lived in the Cloud Chief, Lake Valley, Cordell and Gotebo areas.

Maxine enjoyed cooking, sewing and teaching her Sunday School class. Maxine owned and operated the Dinky Diner in Gotebo. She also worked at LJ's Grocery in Gotebo and at the Robertson Factory in Cordell.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, two sons, Rick and Jack, one great-great granddaughter, four sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include her daughters, Joy Barbee, Mary Frank and husband Ronald Lee, Betty Sue Terry and Shirley Deatherage, a sister Mary Clifton and husband Lee, 18 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
