PEARL LINDSAY (nee WHITEHEAD) - Peacefully on Friday, July 6, 2001, Mom passed away at the age of 78. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 9 a t Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. at 3:00 p.m. viewing will b e at 2:30 p.m. with Major Bill Loveless officiating.

Pearl was born in Winnipeg to a large family of eight children who shared a lot of love and laughter throughout their lives. She was a loving mother who always had time to listen, laugh and sing (in the key of Z). She enjoyed knitting, especially for babies, who always had a special spot in her heart and on her lap. All of us will stay warm and cozy because of her great talent. She was always looking for new crafts to share w ith us and found many. She spent many summers, whether by tent, trailer or cabin, fishing and "roughing it". She liked to be at one with nature. Pearl shared many special times with her 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren who will fondly remember her banana splits and pink ladies .

Pearl was predeceased by her infant daughter Sherry; and her son Ken, leaving to mourn her daughter Judy and Brian Stein; sons, Rick and Debbie Lindsay and Tim and Joan Lindsay; and Pearls sister Dorothy Johnson.
