Myrtle Elba (Etha) German was born on 10 April 1893 in Willmar, Kandiyohi, Minnesota.^1,2,3 She and Schulyer Manning Vrooman were married on 24 July 1915 in Corning, Steuben, New York.⁴ She died on 20 July 1956, at age 63, in Syracuse, Onondaga, New York.³ She was buried in Oakwood Cemetery (Section 31, Lot 44), Syracuse, Onondaga, New York.³
