Lloyd G. Wilkins Jr., 69, of Mansfield died Tuesday, May 28, 2002, at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro. Born April 18, 1933, in Mainesburg, he was the son of Lloyd G. and Ruby (Seymour) Wilkins. He was an active member of the State Road Baptist Church and a business owner in the local community. He worked as a trucker, butcher, milk hauler, mechanic, carpenter, bus driver, and a farmer for many years, often working two jobs to support his family. He was also a member of the East Sullivan Grange and the Grand Paraders Square Dance Club. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Surviving are his wife, Shirley, of 50 years, of Mansfield; sons, Gary (Sandy) Wilkins of Fort Myers, Fla., and David (Terri) Wilkins of Walter, Okla.; daughters, Sheryl (and partner Michael Head) of Owego, N.Y., Nancy (Floyd) Wood of Mansfield, Kathy (Paul) Chamberlain of Mainesburg, Pam (and partner Bill Walls) of Mansfield, Sally (and fiance Gordon Lewis) of Mainesburg, Phyllis (James) Aumick of Mainesburg, and Vicki (Joe) Strauss of Denver, Colo.; 28 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sylvia Lyons of Canton, Lucille Morgan of Mainesburg, Arelene Wilkins of Florida, Marjorie Blow of Ulster, Marcella Reed of Alberta, Canada, and Gloria Marple of Troy. Calling hours were held Thursday, May 30, at the Scureman Funeral Home, Mansfield. Funeral services were held there Friday, May 31, with the Rev. Andy McIlwain officiating. Burial was made at the King Hill Cemetery, Mainesburg. A memorial fund is being administered by the family to place facilities in Lloyd's honor in the Annette Smith Park, Mainesburg. Additionally, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Scott Olthof. He was survived by his children, Susan L. Olthof, The Rev. Bruce D. Rzengota (Cheryl) and Colleen M. LaDella (Dr. Vincent); grandchildren, Timothy Olthof, Chris Rzengota, Becca Rzengota, Gregory Harris, Jamie Lincoln (Stephen), Stephan LaDelia, Adrian LaDelia, Julian LaDelia and Thomas LaDelia; and an extended family of relatives and friends. His funeral was held July 3, 2012. He was a communicant of Saint Casmir's Church. He was retired from American Bridge Works, US Steel, after 37 years.

Kenneth Marple, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of Ginny?s family in Bradford County Memorial Park.
