Emma Dena (Deana) Allen was born on 26 July 1915 in Lebanon, Smith, Kansas.2,3,1,4 She and Orval G. Nonamaker were married on 4 August 1937 in Canon City, Fremont, Colorado.5,6 She and Robert (Bob) James Wilson were married on 14 February 1981.5 She died on 17 August 2011, at age 96, in Smith Center, Smith, Kansas.3 She was buried in Cedar Cemetery (Sectiom 1, Lot 89), Cedar, Smith, Kansas.5
Emma "Dena" Wilson was buried beside her first husband.
Services were handled by Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary in Smith Center, KS. Pastor Matt Lucas officiated.

Emma Dena Wilson, age 96 passed away Aug 17, 2011 at the Smith County Care Center in Smith Center, KS. She was born July 26, 1915 in Lebanon, KS to Henry and Emma (Clark) Allen. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by husbands Orval Nonamaker and Bob Wilson, sisters Gladys Locke, Jo Tuxhorn, Grace Barry and Vera Nonamaker and brother Relly, Ray, and Joe.
Survivors include stepchildren, Loretta Meyer (Wayne) of Smith Center, KS and Jim Wilson (Jackie) of Agra, KS, five ste-grandhilcren, six step-great-grandhildren, two sisters-in-law, Donna nonamaker of Tuscola IL and Lita Wilson of Osborne, KS and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held one hour before the service. Funeral services were at 10:30 am Saturday, August 20, 2011 at
Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary. Pastor Matt Lucas officiated. Burial follwed in the Cedar Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the Donor's Choice and can be sent in care of the mortuary. Simmons - Rentschler handled the arrangements. Ardeen (Dean) R. Nonamaker was born on 22 August 1921 in Cedar, Smith, Kansas.1,2 He died on 4 August 2005, at age 83, in Loveland, Larimer, Colorado.1,2,3 He was buried in Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, Douglas, Illinois.4,3
U.S. Navy- 1938.4 Ardeen (Dean) R. Nonamaker was educated Coyne Electrical School- Chicago, Illinois.4 He was an Owner Circle D Electric.4 Ardeen R. "Dean" Nonamaker, 83, of Loveland, formerly of Greeley, died Thursday, Aug. 4, at the Hospice Care Center at McKee Medical Center, Loveland.

He was born Aug. 22, 1921, on the family farm outside Cedar, Kan., to Arthur and Bertha (Kelling) Nonamaker. He was one of eight children.

On Feb. 6, 1948, he married Donna Maris in Denver.

Mr. Nonamaker attended school in Cedar and enlisted in the Navy in 1938. He served in the Pacific Theater in World War II on the submarines USS Sandlance and the USS Sea Devil and was awarded the Bronze Star. After the war, he graduated from Coyne Electrical School in Chicago. He owned an electrical contracting business, Circle D Electric, in Greeley for many years.

Always putting his family first, Mr. Nonamaker enjoyed spending time with them. He also enjoyed creative building, playing cards, travel, raising tomatoes and carrots and helping others. He was a wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.

Survivors are his wife, Donna of Loveland; two daughters, Karen Brigando of Petaluma, Calif., and Nancy McNay and husband Jim of Sterling; four grandchildren, Terra and Kaila Brigando, both of Petaluma, Heather Lechman and husband Rick of Firestone and Michael McNay of Greeley; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters and a son-in-law, Arthur Brigando.

Graveside services were at Tuscola Township Cemetery in Tuscola, Ill.

Instead of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice Care Center or the American Heart Association in care of Hilligoss-Shrader Funeral Home, 705 S. Main St., Tuscola, IL 61953.
