Geraldine Heavener was a Centennial School District Custodian.1 Geraldine H. Kehler (nee Heavener) of Warminster, Pa. passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at her home. She was 83 years old. Born in Lansdale, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Claude and Mabel (nee Fowler) Heavener.

She was the loving mother of Susan (James) Jiron, Amy Kehler, Bryan Kehler, Rebecca (Dennis) Bargher, Melissa (Michael) Betschner and the late Lea Ann (Donald) Hauser.

Also surviving are 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Geraldine was a retired custodian with Centennial School District and a board member with Warminster Heights for 9 years.

She will be remembered to everyone as MomMom.

Relatives and friends will be received Thursday Evening, Feb. 4, 2016 from 7:00 to 8:00 PM in The Decker Funeral Home, 216 York Rd., Warminster.

Interment will be held privately.

Donald Douds, pastor of Hanover Presbyterian Church, will officiate.

Mr. Baker was a native of Norristown, Pa., and had been i this city for about six years. Mr. Baker formerly performed general construction work, but due to poor health in recent years was a doorman at the Queen Theatre. He was a member of the W. K. Bray 410, F. and A.M., of Hatboro, Pa.

Mr. Baker served in the Navy in 1923-23.

Other survivors include Mrs. Kathryn E. Baker, a daughter, Miss Rose Marie Baker, of Point Pleasant, Pa., and three brothers, Charles P., of Ambler, Pa.; Horace E., of Lexington, Tenn., and a sister, Mrs. Anna Beckham, also of Memphis.

Reuben R. Myers, 95, of Quakertown, died Thursday, May 8, 2008 in Phoebe Home, Allentown. He was the husband of Frances Hartman (Reed) Myers. They were married for 72 years last September. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late M. Irwin and Ida (Fox) Myers. He was a graduate of Quakertown High School, class of 1930. After graduating from Bethlehem Business College, he continued his banking education with the Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, graduating in 1949. Before his retirement in December of 1977, he worked at the former Bucks County Bank & Trust Company where he became Senior Trust Officer and Vice President in 1977 . Reuben was a 60-year active member of the Quakertown Lions Club and Lions Club International. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Quakertown.

Survivors: Wife; children, Robert R. and his wife Sandy of Quakertown, Sarah Jane Ratzell and her husband Lynn of Nazareth, Richard D. and his wife Donna of Graham, Wash.; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, John Howard Myers.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2008, Trinity Lutheran Church, 102 N. Hellertown Ave., Quakertown. Call 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. The C.R. Strunk Funeral Home Inc. (www.crstrunk.com), 821 W. Broad St., Quakertown, is in charge of the arrangements.

John H. Myers, 78, of Quakertown died Wednesday in his home. He was the husband of Dorothy B. (Meyers) Myers for 26 years last month. A 1947 graduate of Muhlenberg College and a 1952 graduate of Lutheran Seminary, Gettysburg, he was a former pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Pittsburgh, and Zion Lutheran Church, Marlowe, Ga. A chaplain, he worked in prisons, 1952-64, and in hospitals, 1947-82. He taught at the Hershey School for Boys and at Philadelphia schools for 17 years; was a guest professor at the Korean Bible College eight times, and a teacher at the Young Nak Presbyterian Church, Seoul, South Korea.
