Mr. Horoff worked for SPS for 42 years. He was active in the Salem United Church of Christ in Doylestown and was a past president of its consistory. He was president of the American Society of Tool Engineers of Philadelphia and Bucks County and was a member of the Doylestown Moose Lodge.
