Judith (Judy) Ann Tull was born on 23 June 1943 in Endicott, Broome, New York, Adopted.2 She died on 28 November 2010, at age 67, in Johnson City, Broome, New York.2 She was buried on 3 December 2010 in Hope Cemetery, Newark Valley, Tioga, New York.2
Judith (Judy) Ann Tull was a Salvation Army Employee/ President- Linmark Inc., DBA Southern Tier Crane Service.1 Note James was married first for short time to Paul M. Lillie, who was the birth father to Judy. When she married Clyde Tull, he adopted Judy.

Judith Ann Berghorn, 67, of Newark Valley, passed away on Nov. 28, 2010 following a short illness.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Linda Jane (Tony) Tijerina, her son, Mark (Debbie) Berghorn, her father, Clyde H. Tull, her sister, Virginia Sheppard, her cherished grandchildren, Scott Berghorn, Lauren Tijerina, Marissa, Katie and Karli Berghorn, aunts and uncles; Mary Cook Ferris, Gretchen (Michael) Santangelo, Eleanor VanGorder, Evelyn Martin, Gerry Tull, Gordon (Mildred) Tull, 2 nieces and several cousins. Judy is also survived by many endeared friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian Jane (VanGorder) Tull and her brother Mark Tull.

Judy was born in Endicott on June 23, 1943. She was a graduate of Newark Valley High School, a member of First United Methodist Church, Newark Valley and OES Onyx chapter 196, Owego. She has been an employee of The Salvation Army, Endicott for 29 years and also established and has been President of Linmark Inc., DBA Southern Tier Crane Service from 1983 until the present.

She had a passion for music and enjoyed playing the piano. Judy cherished her family and especially loved attending her grandchildren's sports activities, dance competitions and also hearing them sing.

A funeral Service and Celebration of Judy's Life will be held at 10 am Friday, Dec. 3 at the First United Methodist Church, Newark Valley. Rev. Nancy Adams, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St. Newark Valley on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Eastern Star services will be conducted at 3:30 pm.

Robert C. Sheppard, 56, passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday evening, May 13, 2006. Born on March 2, 1950, in Washington, DC, he was a son of Harold L. and Drothy (Carleton) Sheppard. Bob was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 33 years, Virginia L. (Tull) Sheppard and a devoted father to his cherished daughters, Lindsey L. Sheppard, Boston, Mass., and Brittany L. Sheppard, Oneonta. In addition to his parents, Harold and Dorothy, he is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Clifton and Dianna Sheppard, Estes Park, Colo., his father-in-law, Clyde Tull, sister-in-law, Judith Berghorn; nieces and nephews, Cory Sheppard, Crystal Sheppard Lewis and husband, Charles, Mark Berghorn and wife Debbie, Linda Tijerina and husband, Tony; great nieces and nephews, Ridge and Claire Lewis, Scott, Marissa, Katie and Karli Berghorn, Lauren Tijerina; and his very best childhood friend, Tony Lipuma. Bob was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Vivian Jane Tull, brother-in-law, Mark Tull; and uncle, Thomas Sheppard and wife, Mary. He was a graduate of Springbrook High School, Silver Springs, Md., and James Madison Univ., Harrisonburg, Va., where he earned his BS degree and served as president of TAU KAPPA EPSILON. Bob and Ginny met while they were both attending the University. They married shortly after graduation and in 1975 returned to Newark Valley to establish their home and raise their family. Bob was experienced in sales management for many years and for the past 12 years has been an employee of Broome Developmental Center. His current position was habilitation specialist at Tompkins Day Services in Ithaca. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a staunch NY Yankee and Washington Redskin fan. His sincere love of people, excellent communication skills and his witty sense of humor, left a lasting impression with everyone he met. His family will receive their friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St., Newark Valley, on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. A service in celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the MacPherson Funeral Home. Rev. William McCall, Jr., pastor of the First United Methodist Church, Newark Valley will officiate. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery.
