Richard (Dick) Hughes Parsons were married about 1952. She died on 31 May 2011, at age 84, in Carlisle, Cumberland, Pennsylvania. She was buried in Big Spring Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Newville, Cumberland, Pennsylvania.

Obituary
Marjorie A. Parsons, 84, of Green Ridge Village, Newville, and formerly of Morristown, N.J., died Tuesday May 31, 2011, in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 3, 1927, in Scranton the daughter of Elmer Davis and Beatrice Carpenter Adair. Mrs. Parsons is survived by her husband, Richard H. Parsons, of Greenridge Village.
A graduate in the class of 1946 of Wilson College, Chambersburg, Marge became a clerk at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN in Washington D.C. She had a long career at Bell, N.J., and retired in 1984 from Bell Laboratories.
Marge was a joyful member of the choir of the Hilltop Presbyterian Church in Mendham, N.J., for many years and later became an active member of Big Spring Presbyterian Church, Newville. She also enjoyed singing in the Happy Tones chorale group. Egger Funeral Home, Newville.
