Mary A. Strouse of Sellersville, formerly of Souderton, passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, at her residence. She was 70.
Born in Sellersville, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Nozisko) Belcoski.
Mary attended Catholic school until enrolling at Souderton Area High School. She also attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa.
She had been employed as a computer programmer and systems analyst and worked for Lehigh Valley Dairies of Lansdale and Allentown; Wells Fargo, Horsham; Rodale Press, Emmaus; and Petro Data, Princeton, N.J. She later established and operated Keystrokes Data Services Inc.; and then established, owned and operated Four Star Data Services of Burlington, N.J., and Horsham, until her retirement in 1995.
Mary was an avid reader. She also loved to sew and crochet. Gardening and preserving the foods she grew was another activity she enjoyed.
She is survived by her children, Gerald L. Strouse of Sellersville, Edward R. Strouse and his wife, Diane, of Honeybrook, Pa., Stephen A. Strouse and his wife, Jennifer, of New Ringold, Pa., Teresa A. Strouse of Sellersville, Linda L. Strouse-Francis and her husband, Michael, of Sellersville and Richard A. Strouse of Perkasie; and eight grandchildren, Nikolas Dutzer and Andrew, Alissa, Jocelyn, Nathan, Rebekah, Abigail and Jacob Strouse. Mary is also survived by two sisters, Josephine Conlin of Chester, Pa., and Cecelia Salters of Martin City, Mont.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Ave., Sellersville, PA 18960. Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home,
