In addition to his wife, Tina Marie, who resides at home, he is survived by a daughter, Jessica M. Bertholf, who resides at home; a sister, Michelle Bertholf of Stroudsburg; a brother, David Bertholf of Tampa, Fla.; maternal grandparents Walter and Theresa (Vogler) Weber of Stroudsburg; several aunts and uncles; many nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
