Thomas (Tom) R. Mandich was born on 19 May 1934 in Galviston, Texas.1 He and Adelaide Thorkilsen were married on 5 November 1955 in Green Bay, Brown, Wisconsin.2 He died on 7 December 2016, at age 82.1 He was buried in Brookside Cemetery, Pensaukee, Oconto, Wisconsin.1

Thomas Mandich, 82, Abrams went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday December 7, 2016. On May 19, 1934, he was born in Galviston, TX to the late Steven and Martha (Bredell) Mandich. On November 5, 1955 Thomas Mandich married Adelaide Thorkilsen in Green Bay. She preceded him in death on February 15, 2016. Tom's great loves were for family, fishing
and friends. Tom and Adelaide had a wonderful retirement living in Port Isabel, Texas in the winters and Holtwood Park in the summmers until 2014 when they came back permanently to Oconto. Tom fished the surf of South Padre Island, Texas in the winter and the shores of Oconto in the summer. His favorite fish was catfish caught in the Oconto River. His friends at Holtwood knew him as Catfish Tom,. Tom was a very talented mechanic and early in life he worked on many things with engines such as outboard motors and motorcyles. Later in life he put his talents to simpler things, fixing fishing gears and watches for his friends. He loved to tinker with anything mechanical and found very few things he couldn't fix. Tom had s great love for music and playing various instruments. Survivrs include 7 children, Matthew (Aimee) Mandich, Gail (Dan) Wautlet, Timothy (Janice) Mandich, Donna (Ricky) Lardinois, Jessica Mandich, Daniel Mandich and Jennifer Mandich; 10 grandchildren include Marie Mandich, Nathan Mandich, Luke Wautlet, Jon Wautler, Anne Mandich, Rebecca Mandich, Zachary Mandich, Jacob Mandich, Stephanie Janssen and Andrew Lardinois; other family members include 1 brother Ron (Mary Anne) Mandich. 1 sister-in-law Gerrie Mandich and many nieces and nephews. He is also preceded in death by brother Steve Mandich. The family will greet relatives and friends from 9-11 am Wednesday December 14th at Living Hope Church, 1840 West Masson, Green Bay. Walter William Burg was born on 6 October 1938 in Volo, Lake, Illinois.3 He died on 26 January 2018, at age 79, in Pontiac, Livingston, Illinois.3 He was buried on 31 January 2018 in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Dwight, Livingston, Illinois.3,1
Walter William Burg was a Caterpillar- Employee.1 US Army.1 Walter W. Burg, 79, of Gardner, passed away at 6:20 pm Friday, January 26, 2018 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet.

His funeral will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Hager Memorial Home in Dwight, Rev. Janet Chandler will officiate, burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Dwight with military rites. Visitation will be one hour to services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the leukemia Foundation or to the Gardner Fire Department. Hager Memorial home in Dwight is handling the arrangements.

Walter was born in Volo, IL on October 6, 1938, a son of Walter and Dorothy Margaret (Smith) Burg. He married Wanda Schulte in Dwight, IL on November 17, 1962, she survives. Other survivors include two daughters: Harriet Burg of Gardner, Sheila (Edward) Grajczyk of Eau Claire, Wi; one sister: Evelynne Albrecht of Wichita, Ks; one granddaughter: Brooke Carey of GA and five great grandchildren: Savannah, Noah, Brennen, Serena and Eliot. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister: Dorothy Ann and his brother Gerald.

He had retired from Caterpillar in Joliet in after 34 years of service. Walter served our country in the U.S. Army, he was a member and Elder of the Church of Hope in Gardner, he was also a member of the Morris Moose Club, and the Lions Club in Gardner. Walter had served as president and vice President of the Caterpillar Campers Club. Walter loved gardening and model railroading, taking trips on the train. Walters was a oc the Cicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. He loved spending time with his family and taking the grandchildren fishing.
