Note by Mike Johnson:

The record of a number of researchers for this family consistently shows twin sisters Cerinda and Learinda Neff born 22 July 1886. I have had no luck verifying this. Checking for births in Ontario vital stats for this time in both Oxford and Elgin Counties I find nothing. Also come up with nothing looking for deaths - noting that in the 1901 Ontario Census neither of these children are with the family. To make matters worse I haven't found the family in the 1891 Ontario Census which may have helped. MJ.
