Lowella Duford was born on 23 March 1923 in Midland County, Michigan.1,2 She and Floyd Rease Palmer were married on 21 October 1939 in Bay City, Bay, Michigan.3 She died on 12 January 1997, at age 73, in Cass City, Tuscola, Michigan.4,2,3 She was buried in Garfield Township Cemetery, Crump, Garfield, Bay, Michigan.4,5

Cass City and Millington, died Jan. 12, 1997, in Tendercare Nursing Facility, Cass City, after a long illness. She was born March 23. 1923, in Midland county to Antoine and Mazella (Dennis) Duford. She married Floyd R. Palmer Oct. 21, 1939, in Crump. He died Aug. 8, 1984. A member of the Fairgrove
VFW Auxiliary and Huldah Rehekah Chapter # 168 of Millington, she was a Blue
Star Mother.

Surviving are her children, Leo (Christine) Palmer of Fond du Lac, Wis., Robert
(Nancy) Palmer of Millington, Ronald (Sally) Palmer of Cass City and Jerry Mary Lou) Palmer of Wisner; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, Donald (Geraldine) Duford of Mt. Morris, Calvin (Jean) Duford of Benzonia, Eugene (Harriet) Duford of Honor and Clifford (Maxine) Duford of Benzonia; 4 sisters, Dorothy (Reggie) June of Davison, Mazella (Gene) Guiles of Benzonia, Faith Connell of Burton and Barbara Olmstead of Mt. Morris,
and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, L.D. Palmer; brothers and sisters, Thelma Lair, Thomas Duford, Rose Brett and Beatrice Tew, Funeral services were scheduled at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. I5, at the Novesta Church of Christ
with Chuck Enimert officiating.

Interment was to be in Garfield Township Cemetery, Crump. Arrangements were made by Little & Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City.
